29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section:  a) 717 Ward Branch Road in Milford, DE: On or about May 17, 2022, the employer failed to ensure employees conducting framing operations work on a single family home being constructed while being unprotected in all directions, approximately 13 feet above grade, were provided adequate fall protection.
