29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report an in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye as a result of a work-related incident to OSHA within twenty-four (24) hours: (a) On or before April 13, 2022, the employer did not report the hospitalization of an employee. The employee was using a scissor lift when it tipped over and the employee fell approximately 15 feet to the concrete floor below. The employee was admitted to the emergency room for treatment of a scapular fracture. (b) On or before April 13, 2022, the employer did not report the hospitalization of an employee. The employee was using a scissor lift when it tipped over and the employee fell approximately 15 feet to the concrete floor below. The employee was admitted to the emergency room for treatment of a proximal fibula fracture.
