29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. A) 199 Texas Road, Old Bridge, NJ Employees installing windows at a new residential building site were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 8 ft. to 20 ft. without any means of fall protection. Employees were working on the edge and climbing a scaffold to install windows without fall protection. Condition noted on or about 5/18/22
