29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head: (a) Roof - Employees were exposed to fall hazards in that they did not use full body harnesses that distributes the fall arrest forces over at least the thighs, pelvis, waist, chest and shoulder while working on a residential roof of approximately twenty (20) feet, on or about May 19, 2022. B&R Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.502(d)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1538397, citation number one, item number two and was affirmed as a final order on November 9, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 109 Maple Street, Moscow, PA 18444. Abatement Certification and Documentation is Required
