29 CFR 1910.1052(l)(1):The employer did not provide information and training for each affected employee prior to or at the time of initial assignment to a job involving potential exposure to methylene chloride: Location - Toxicology lab On or about May 18, 2022, the employer did not provide information and training to employees who work with methylene chloride during mixing procedure where 95% of methylene chloride is mixed with 20% of isopropyl alcohol and 2% of ammonia hydroxide to make reagent solution for drug and urine tests.
