29 CFR 1910.1048(n)(1):The employer did not ensure that all employees who were assigned to workplaces where there was exposure to formaldehyde participated in a training program: Location: Cytology/Histology Laboratory a) On or about 12/18/23, an employee was exposed to at or above 0.1 PPM and was not trained by the employer on formaldehyde hazards. By not training employees on formaldehyde hazards, the employer did not ensure employees knew how to adequately protect themselves from formaldehyde exposure, or what to do in the event of an exposure.
