Location: a) 980 Halsey Street, Brooklyn, NY - Above sidewalk a) On or about 05/19/2022, an employee worked from the basket of an Aerial Lift Truck to reach and secure/mount the hanging cables above, without the use of a personal fall arrest or travel restraint system. The employee exposed to a fall of approximately 14 feet.
