29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. (a) Facility- 400 Frankfort Road, Monaca, PA: On or about May 23, 2022, in the D3 area, the walking-working surface had an overflow of trash such as but not limited to empty bags and/or containers of chemicals near the reactors and trash chute, exposing employees to trip and fall hazards.
