29 CFR  1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge:  a) Warehouse - On or about May 24, 2022, the two warehouse roll up doors were labeled as exits with signs which did not provide natural egress. Employees were thereby exposed to emergency evacuation hazards in the event of an emergency.

On or about May 24, 2022, in the production area, Walsh Press & Die Company, Model 65, Serial 9161 had inadequate guarding that would allow an employee's hand to reach the point of operation on the operator's top of the press.  The employee's are exposed to the hazards of inadequately guarded points of operation on the press.
