Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about May 23rd, 2022, an employee of Urbic Construction, located at 13026 Reynolds St. Omaha, NE 68142, was engaged in framing operations while traversing the top of an unprotected structure that was 10 feet 3 inches when measured from the lower level to the structure on which the unprotected employee was standing, resulting in a fall hazard.

On or about May 23rd, 2022, an employee of Urbic Construction, located at 13026 Reynolds St. Omaha, NE 68142, was engaged in framing operations while accessing and egressing an unprotected structure that was 10 feet 3 inches when measured from the lower level, on a ladder that extended 1 foot 7 inches above the surface that was being accessed, resulting in a fall hazard.
