29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not annually fit tested: Location - Domiciliary unit (DOM) at 200 Spring Rd., Bedford, MA, 01730 On or about May 24, 2022, employer did not ensure that employees who were required to wear N95 respirators due to COVID exposure at the workplace had completed their annual fit test. Veterans Health Administration, Bedford Health Care System was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard [1910.134(f)(2)], which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1555666, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on Aril 4, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 200 Spring Rd., Bedford, MA, 01730.
