29 CFR 1910.147(f)(2)(ii):The established procedure for the application of energy control (the lockout or tagout procedures) did not cover the actions listed in and was not done in sequence as required by 29 CFR 1910.147(f)(2)(ii): a) Schwans MaMa Rosa's LLC, doing business as SFC Global Supply Chain at the location of 1910 Fair Road, Sidney, Ohio, 45365: On or about May 19, 2022, the employer failed to ensure energy control applications steps to control the electrical and pneumatic energy sources were implemented prior to employees accessing the pusher side panel of Cartoner 12 to perform troubleshooting activities, exposing employees to the in going nip points of the chain and sprockets of the power transmission apparatus.
