29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) Hampton Inn & Suites Westside located at 10740 Westside Way, Alpharetta, GA 30009, South side of structure: On or about 05/27/2022, the employer exposed employees to ejection/fall hazards of approximately 37-feet to the lower level, in that a fall arrest system was not provided to employees working from aerial lifts engaged in stucco installation work.
