29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Worksite was located at 17 Washington Street, Spring Lake, NJ 07762 Workers were exposed to fall hazards while doing a complete renovation of a single family home as they were framing and sheeting the house from the upper elevations of the second floor and roof without fall protection on exposing them to falls from approximately 9 feet to the next lower level. Violation was observed on or about May 26, 2022. b) Worksite was located at 17 Washington Street, Spring Lake, NJ 07762 Workers were exposed to fall hazards while doing a complete renovation of a single family home as they were framing and sheeting the house from the upper elevations of the second floor and roof without fall protection on exposing them to falls from approximately 22 feet to ground. Violation was observed on or about May 26, 2022.
