29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Employees engaged in residential construction framing activities at the jobsite located at 11729 S 112th St, Papillion, Nebraska, were exposed to fall hazards in that an employee was working from the top of a wall with an unprotected side that was 24 feet above the ground. No fall protection was being used.
