29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Circular handfed crosscut table saw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: On or about May 13, 2022, and at times prior thereto, in the saw area, employees were in use of a Delta cut-off table saw, model number 36-L300 serial number 13J 15296 201341-DP that had a damaged guard which did not completely enclose the portion of the blade above the table and the lumber being cut. This exposed the employees to an amputation hazard.
