29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about May 27, 2022, at the jobsite employees were observed performing roofing work activities from the roof of a 3-story building. The employees were not in use of fall protection and were exposed to a fall hazard greater than six (6) feet to the ground below.
