29 CFR  1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  a) Work site was located at 154 Juliustown Road, Browns Mills, NJ 08015  The Lincoln Electric Power MIG 256 mig welder was plugged into a junction box that was meant to be mounted that carried 208 / 230 VAC from the inside of the building through a hole in the wall to the back deck. The outlet box was partially held closed by electrical tape and laid on top of a metal beam.  Violation was observed on or about June 1, 2022

29 CFR  1910.304(f)(1)(iv): Overcurrent devices for circuits rated 600 volts, nominal, or less, were not readily accessible to each employee or authorized building management personnel:  a) Work site was located at 154 Juliustown Road, Browns Mills, NJ 08015  1st floor shop area: Employees were exposed to electrical hazards as the circuit breaker panels they used daily to operate the lights and shop equipment was blocked by a Rubbermaid garbage can, DeWalt tool boxes and a broom. These obstructions prohibited employees from maintaining the required clear space 2 and a half to 4 feet of open access around the panels in the event of an emergency.  Violation occurred on or about June 1, 2022  b) Work site was located at 154 Juliustown Road, Browns Mills, NJ 08015  Second Floor Storage Area:  Employees were exposed to electrical hazards as the circuit breaker panel they used daily to operate the lights, building pumps and the water system was blocked by a pvc storage rack. These obstructions prohibited employees from maintaining the required clear space 2 and a half to 4 feet of open access around the panels in the event of an emergency.  Violation occurred on or about June 1, 2022  c) Work site was located at 154 Juliustown Road, Browns Mills, NJ 08015  Third Floor Storage Area:  Employees were exposed to electrical hazards as the circuit breaker panel they used daily to operate the lights was blocked by a boxes and spools of strapping material. These obstructions prohibited employees from maintaining the required clear space 2 and a half to 4 feet of open access around the panels in the event of an emergency.  Violation occurred on or about June 1, 2022
