29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: On or about June 1, 2022, three employees shooting grade depth for a pre-cast inlet box located in a trench, were observed working above or around uncapped vertical rebar. Employees were exposed to impalement hazards.
