29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   On or about June 1, 2022,  employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 20 feet while engaged in commercial roofing activities. Fall protection was not being utilized while performing activity.  No abatement is required for this citation item.

29 CFR  1926.503(b)(1):The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written (training) certification record including the name or other identity of the employee trained, the date(s) of the training, and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the signature of the employer.  On or about January 1, 2022,  the employer failed to certify that employees had been trained to recognize and minimize fall hazards. Employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 20 feet while performing roofing activities on a residential structure without using fall protection.  Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)
