29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) 7909 Panama City Beach Pkwy, Panama City Beach, FL; Hawthorne Suites; On or about June 2, 2022 and at times prior to the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 35 feet in that employees were allowed to utilize an aerial lift without requiring that employees be secured to the lift by a lanyard. Miguel Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1501755, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on 1/5/21 , with respect to a workplace located at 610 West Beach Boulevard, Beachside Resort Hotel, Gulf Shores, AL.

Miguel Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1501755, citation number 1, item number 1c and was affirmed as a final order on 1/5/21, with respect to a workplace located at 610 West Beach Boulevard, Beachside Resort Hotel, GULF SHORES, AL 36542.
