29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested whenever a different respirator facepiece (size, style, model or make) was used: (a) Inglis House located at 2600 Belmont Avenue, Philadelphia, PA: On or about June 6, 2022, the employer did not ensure that employees required to use respirators were fit tested with the same make, model, and size whenever new respirator was used at the site. The employer required employees to wear N95 filtering facepiece respirators such as but not limited to Makrite SEKURA (TC-84A-5411), and 3M 1860S (TC-84A-0006) respirators to protect against the SARS-CoV-2 virus while providing care to suspected and confirmed positive COVID-19 residents.
