29 CFR 1910.133(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation: On or about June 3, 2022 the employer did not ensure that employees engaged in MIG welding of steel components were provided with or utilized tinted safety glasses or welding hoods. Employees were observed tack welding production pieces without the use of welding glasses or hood.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1):Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: On or about June 3, 2022 the employer did not ensure that electrical panels including but not limited to breaker control boxes and disconnects were provided with sufficient workspace. Numerous pallets of raw materials and production pieces were placed in front of and around the electrical equipment without the ability to be easily moved.
