Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.

(c) Lot 4 Emerald Way Mount Joy PA,  New Residential Construction -  An employee was standing at the open window above the front porch 10 feet 9 inches above grade with a 2 in 12 pitch assisting with framing on the porch roof eave without  fall protection, on or about June 8, 2022.
