29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: location: unit 211 on or about: 6/8/22 a) An extension cord, used to power equipment including, but not limited to a Makita DA4031 angle drill, was missing the outer insulation. NOTE: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the inspection casefile, the employer need not submit certification or documentation of abatement for this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
