On or about July 9, 2022, in various locations, employees engaged in machining operations were exposed to electrical shock hazards due to the employer not inspecting flexible cords used to power equipment.   a. Control Auto Punch (on the east side) had a frayed power cord.   b. Makita Grinder in use (southeast side of the site bldg C) had a frayed power cord.   c. Thirty inch pedestal fan (southeast side of the site bldg C) had a frayed power cord.  d. Orange floor fan (southeast side of the shop) damaged insulation to the power cord.
