29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii): The employer did not certify that periodic inspections of the energy control procedures had been performed: At 8220 East 26th Street Joplin, MO 64804 employees were exposed to caught-in hazards while operating the on-site compactor. An examination of program elements determined that periodic inspections of energy control procedures were not accomplished and certified. Specifically, a review was not conducted to determine if listed steps were still adequate, if any changes had occurred, or if employees had acquired the knowledge needed to effectively isolate energy sources.
