29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. On or about June 2, 2022, at approximately 9:59am, an employee suffered an injury that resulted in the amputation of a portion of the right middle finger. The amputation was not reported within 24 hours to the local Area Offices of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
