29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): Procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, and the means to enforce compliance:   a. 965 Cranbury South River Rd., Jamesburg, NJ - Extrusion Area  The employer did not establish procedures to control hazardous energy for the pre-conditioner and augers for Extrusion Machine #2. Employees engaged in extrusion activities in the manufacture of pet food products used a metal rod to clear a product jam from the extrusion augers with the equipment running and did not have specific written procedures to deactivate the equipment.  Violation occurred on or about June 8, 2022
