29 CFR 1910.147(f)(1)(ii):Cleanout of the machine, equipment or components where lockout or tagout devices were temporarily removed from the energy isolating device the employee was not removed from the machine or equipment area in accordance with paragraph (e)(2) of this section: A) 965 Cranbury South River Rd Jamesburg, NJ 08831 Mixing Room 2, Auger 2, Bin 2 An employee was allowed to work in an area that exposed them to an unguarded and energized auger bin while clearing out product after the auger had been turned on to exhaust remaining material. While attempting to hold up the product collection hose, the employee sustained an amputation to the tip of their right middle finger. Hazard noted on or about 11/09/25
