29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system. A) 45 Black Label Way Apartment B, Bozeman, MT 59718: On or about June 6, 2022, and at times prior employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 17 feet to the ground below while performing framing operations on the roof of a residential apartment complex without fall protection.
