29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about June 13, 2022, during the installation of roofing material at a job site located at 1041 East Turkeyfoot Lake Rd, Akron, Ohio 44312; the employer did not ensure employees working on a roof of a commercial facility were protected from a fall of approximately 18.7 feet by utilizing a fall protection system.
