29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v):A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. On or about June 13, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing exterior framing operations from a Genie S-45 aerial lift, seventeen (17) feet (6) inches above the ground, was not wearing a personal fall arrest system, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.
