29 CFR 1926.150(a)(1): The employer did not develop and maintain a fire protection program to be followed throughout all phases of construction and demolition work, and/or did not provide for the firefighting equipment as specified in this subpart: a- South Cole and 59 West, Spring Valley, NY 10977: Employees engaged in plumbing activities at this site were exposed to fire hazards from gasoline fueled generators onsite. The employer did not ensure that employees had available firefighting equipment at the jobsite. "Condition observed" or about 06/14/2022.
