Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) 2307 Mt Joy Road, Manheim, PA - front porch roof - On or about June 15, 2022, employees were performed roofing repairs on a residential front porch roof with a 3 in 12 pitch which was approximately 10 feet 7 inches above the grade, without a fall protection. (b) 2307 Mt Joy Road, Manheim, PA - rear 11 foot roof - On or about June 15, 2022, employees performed roofing repairs on a residential roof with a 2 in 12 pitch which was approximately 11 feet above the grade, without a fall protection. (c) 2307 Mt Joy Road, Manheim, PA - rear 8 foot roof - On or about June 15, 2022, employees performed roofing repairs on a residential roof with a 4 in 12 pitch which was approximately 8 feet 2 inches inches above the grade, a fall protection. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
