29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about June 15, 2022, employees working from an aerial lift were not wearing a safety harness with lanyard. The employees were exposed to the hazard of falls. AAA Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1415249, citation number 01, item number 03 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/15/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 2230 Independence Dr. New Braunfels TX 78130.
