29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) Lot 137 of Satterfield Development in Felton, DE 19943: On or about June 16, 2022, the employer failed to ensure that employees were attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. An employee was using an aerial lift to access the front of the building and unload materials to those employees working from the roof approximately 17 feet above concrete grade.
