29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) 9265 Cloud Shadow Lane, Littleton, CO 80125: On or about June 18, 2022, and at times prior, KBC Builders, as a controlling employer, did not ensure J and A LLC employees were safe from fall hazards by ensuring frequent and regular inspections were conducted at the jobsite. Frequent and regular inspections would have identified the need to adjust and ensure personal fall arrest systems were properly rigged on employees conducting sheathing work on the roof of a residential home.
