29 CFR  1926.502(f)(1)(ii):  When mechanical equipment was being used, the warning line was not erected at least 6 feet (1.8 m) from the roof edge which is parallel to the direction of mechanical equipment operation, and at least 10 feet (3.1 m) from the roof edge which is perpendicular to the direction of mechanical equipment operation:  On or about June 22, 2022 the employer Manchester Roofing Inc. at jobsite located at 4934 Lewis Ave. Toledo OH 43612, did not ensure when mechanical equipment (powered sweeper broom) was being used, the warning line was erected at least six feet from the roof edge which is parallel to the direction of mechanical equipment operation, and at least ten feet from the roof edge which is perpendicular to the direction of mechanical equipment operation, exposing employees to falls of six feet and greater to the lower level roof and falls of sixteen feet to the ground below.
