29 CFR 1910.178(l)(3)(ii)(G): Workplace-related topics: Ramps and other sloped surfaces that could affect the vehicle's stability; On or about June 22, 2022, at an establishment located at 1 Stanton St., in Marinette, Wisconsin, in Building 29, powered industrial truck operators were not trained on procedures and techniques of accessing the north and south ramp when slippery due to humidity exposing employees to struck-by and tipping hazards.
