29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s): Sorting/Repair Area: On, or about, August 2, 2022, the forks provided on the Toyota forktruck, serial number 73753 were wired in place to prevent lateral movement. The pins that held the forks in place were worn and the truck had been in operation with the wires for approximately a week and a half.
