JTM Foods LLC- The recordable injury and/or illness entries on the OSHA 300 Log for Calendar Year 2022 were not completed as required.  The number of days the injured or ill worker was on a transfer or job restriction was not recorded on the log.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement
