On or about June 23, 2022, at jobsite located in 4324 Lacebark Ln., Naperville Il 60564, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while on the lower level when workers above were engaged in roofing activities, such as  shingle tear off and installation of new shingles. Head protection were not being utilized while employees engaged in this activity.  Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
