Rodolfo Marquez was previously cited for a first repeat-serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1444230, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 02/05/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1012 Mountain Laurel Circle, (Lot #79), Moody, AL.  Rodolfo Marquez was previously cited for a serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1385759, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/10/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 7975 Furnace Drive, (Lot #3003), McCalla, AL.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend to at least 3 feet (.9m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access nor was the ladder secured at it's top to a ridged support and a grasping device, such as a grabrail, provided to assist the employee in mounting and dismounting the the ladder:  (a) On or about 06/23/2022 - Lot #1341 Park Crest Run, Chelsea, AL, employees utilizing a Werner aluminum extension ladder were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 10 feet due to the ladder not being extended the required 3 feet above the landing surface.   Rodolfo Marquez was previously cited for a serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1303771, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/14/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 5531 Sienna Circle, Montgomery, AL.
