At or near Oakbridge Home Owners' Association (HOA) #2 "Grasslands", Residential Location, 3545 Waterfield Rd., Lakeland, F: On or about June 14, 2022, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards when employees were passengers in a Toro Workman 3200 Utility Vehicle, without using the provided seat belt, or other means of restraint, to ensure they remain safely inside the operator's compartment in the event of sudden unexpected motion.
