On or about 05/08/2024, at a multi-employer construction site located at 12125 Rangeland Parkway, Bradenton FL 34211, the employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that, employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards due to the operation of a John Deere Compact Loader, model number 204K, while the operator had an obstructed view and the requirements of the manufaturer were not followed.
