29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s)  a) Jobsite located at 129 East Cumberland Street, Philadelphia, PA.: The employer's designated Foreman who had the authority to correct and eliminate hazardous working conditions at the jobsite did not conduct safety or health inspections thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.  Condition observed on or about June 24, 2022.  AE Carpenters, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1533829, Citation Number 2, Item Number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 22, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2802 Cecil B. Moore Ave. Philadelphia, PA.  AE Carpenters, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1406812, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 24, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1206 N Oriana St, Philadelphia, PA.

Condition observed on or about June 24, 2022.  AE Carpenters, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1533829, Citation Number , Item Number 1/a and was affirmed as a final order on January 22, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 210 W Cumberland St, Philadelphia, PA.

Condition observed on or about June 24, 2022.  AE Carpenters, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1533829, Citation Number , Item Number 1/b and was affirmed as a final order on January 22, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 210 W Cumberland St, Philadelphia, PA.
