29 CFR 1910.243(e)(1)(ii):All power-driven chains, belts, and gears were not positioned or otherwise guarded to prevent the operator's accidental contact there with, during normal starting, mounting, and operation of the machine. a) Knoxville National Cemetery, Knoxville, TN. On or about Jun 23, 2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to a caught-in hazard, in that the belt pulleys on the mower deck of the Kawasaki Turf Tiger Zero-Turn Radius mower (SN 97/68SN4G2), workers were using to mow were not guarded.
