This was most recently documented on or about June 28, 2022, at 19254 Ruggles Cir. Elkhorn, Nebraska 68022. Employees were using flexible cords that had exposed energized conductors jacketing. Vargas Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.416(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1559450, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on January 14, 2022 with respect to a workplace located at 3935 South 208th Street, Elkhorn, Nebraska 68022.
