This condition exposed employees to injuries including, but not limited to, lacerations and amputations.  (b) On and before June 29, 2022, the employer did not provide one or more methods of machine guarding to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, and flying chips and sparks, in that employees in the maintenance shop were required to use a JET Equipment & Tools Belt Drive Bench Lathe without a guard installed. This condition exposed employees to injuries including, but not limited to, lacerations and amputations.
